    It’s in the middle of an industrial estate, but if like us you’re here to visit Lake District and surrounding attractions then this accommodation is ideal and value for money as long as you have access to a car.

Enjoy our newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment/ Annex. Located in Penrith the gateway to the Lake District National Park this 2 bedroom self contained apartment sleeps up to 6 guests. Only a stones throw from the railway station and J40 of the M6. It features: -A Large bathroom with walk in shower and roll top bath. -A galley kitchen with dining table -2 very large bedrooms each with a king sized bed and 1 with an additional sofa bed. -private off road parking "a great base to explore" With easy access to the Lakes, Pennines, Hadrians Wall, Eden Valley and much more.
Young business man. Owner and operator of a boutique hotel, bar and restaurant in the lake-district. Love travel, gliding, fishing, and fine dining. We live on site and work locally. We are open to helping guests enjoy their stay
Located in a hidden cul-de-sac on the Suburbs of Penrith and the industrial estate. We offer a drive for up to 2 vehicles. The train station is a 5 min walk away.
