All of our cottages are currently based in Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, benefitting from its easy road links, and accessibility to the M4. There's much to see and do here, with the added bonus of bordering Ceredigion, each with their own unique offerings to visitors. On leaving the drive, turn left and just a short stroll away you will pass The Cors playing field with a play park for children and seating areas. Browns Hotel with Dexters restaurant is at the end of the road, along with other lovely cafes and a few pubs, as well as the castle and estuary walks. This part of Carmarthenshire has some wonderful beaches and small towns to explore, including the larger town of Carmarthen. Wales oldest town. With its lovely indoor market, array of independent shops, bars and restaurants, it's popular with visitors. Venture a bit further to the wonderful Botanical Gardens or Dynefwr Park in Llandeilo. Head West from Laugharne on the coast road down through to Pendine and the Pembrokeshire coastline with the popular seaside towns of Saundersfoot and Tenby on route. There are some wonderful, rugged beaches dotted around the coastline too if you prefer somewhere off the beaten track. This area prides itself with having many award-winning restaurants, catering for you foodies out there. Or why not try some sea fishing or some Coastal Foraging on the local shores to rustle yourself up a wonderful meal. For the younger generation there is plenty to keep everyone occupied, with attractions such as Folly Farm, Anna’s Welsh Zoo, Tenby’s Dinosaur Park, Heatherton World of Adventures to name a few. There is also a number of water sports centres in the area, or spend a day at Wild Lakes Aquapark with its Tipi dining.
