Neighbourhood information

This property has been more or less fully booked since we started running it in August as it is ideal for contractors, businesses, relocation, and family guest bookings. It is similar in size to our Airyhall 5 bedroom Aberdeen house but with more bathrooms so we know it will be a total success. The House is located south of the city and has good access links with the AWPR and a very short drive to Aberdeen centre city. Convenient bus stop right outside the property and off-road parking for 2 vehicles. The stunning Duthie park is 5 mins drive away and within 100m walking distance you can enjoy a beautiful nature reserve (The Gramps) with views of the whole city.
