Please note: A 300 (GBP) security deposit is required for this property - refundable 1 day after check-out. This is a stylish and extremely spacious 6-bedroom residential home in Wavertree, only 20 minutes from the City Centre and 15 minutes by car from the Football Stadiums of Liverpool and Everton. The flat is ideal for large groups, comfortably sleeping up to 14 people. There is a fully equipped separate kitchen and dining space making this the perfect place for a short getaway. Tall ceilings, enormous bedrooms and sophisticated modern interior design give this apartment unique style and character. The modern fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms stand out above most. There is ample space to socialise or relax and there is a 'Netflix ready' 4K TV in the lounge. Please note that the TV does not currently have terrestrial channels. Polite notice: the back garden area is a shared space and is used by our friendly team to collect supplies The house is a 15 minute drive from the city centre or alternatively you can take bus number 79 from outside Canton Palace restaurant (l15 6UY) or bus number 7 from Warnerville Road. There is a Tesco a 6 minute drive away on Prince Alfred Road, and it is a 5 minute drive to Childwall Fiveways.
