Newly converted barn luxury in quiet rural area within walking distance of village, pubs, farm shop and beach. Stunning open plan kitchen, well equipped for the keen cook to self cater. Comfortable sitting area with fire and TV. Two luxurious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. An extra office/bedroom mezzanine. Utility room with washing machine. Glorious views over farmland and huge patio for relaxing with family and friends. Ample free parking. Quiet rural area close to many beautiful beaches.
We’re onsite in a neighbouring farmhouse, near enough to be around if you need us for some friendly tips, far enough to have total privacy if you prefer peace and quiet.
We are surrounded by a one thousand acre farm, on the rolling Devon hills you’ll see Devon long wool sheep, dairy cows, geese and green arable pastures. Very peaceful rural location, ample free parking, within walking distance of village (ten minutes) and beach (forty minutes) or five minutes in the car. Great position for accessing Salcombe, Dartmouth, Kingsbridge, Totnes by car or bus.
