Pheasant & Partridge Lodge are two single storey converted barns at the end of a private drive surrounded by fields, so a very quiet location, perfect for star gazing while relaxing in the hot tub and making memories with friends and family. The games room and tennis court will keep all ages amused while staying with us, we also have plenty of outdoor grassed space with a football goal and a footpath just by the cottages for a stroll in the countryside. The broadband has good speed so guests are able to work, rest and play while staying. Located only 5 minutes from the market town of Reepham with shops, pubs, cafes and takeaways, and only 30 minutes from the coast, Norwich and the Norfolk broads.

I have been a holiday cottage host for 8 years and myself and my family love sharing this little piece of Norfolk with guests. We have four dogs, and love the outdoor life having grown up on a farm in Kent and moved to Norfolk 30 years ago. I enjoy playing tennis and am learning golf which fits in around the cottages, gardening and family.

Norfolk generally has so much to offer across all age groups and all demographics. From stately homes and gardens, to children's Dinosaur adventure park to name a few, there is certainly plenty to choose from and we find that people come back for a second stay as they haven't seen everything they want the first time around. There is a vast array of beaches which are dog friendly all year round, wild swimming spots for those that feel the urge, walking and cycling trails, historic tours around Norwich, canoe and boat hire for a day on the broads and much, much more.
