A 20-minute walk along the stunning coastal path with breathtaking views of the sea will take you directly into the hustle and bustle of the shops, bars, boutiques, and restaurants of St Ives or by car in just a couple of minutes. In the opposite direction from Folly is Zennor where you will find The Tinner's pub and Moomaid Cafe.

St Ives surf school offers surfing lessons and hire equipment (surfboards & Wetsuits) and Ocean Watersports at Carbis Bay Beach hire out Sups, kayaks, and provide guided Kayak tours. St Ives Swimming Pool/gym is just a couple of minute's drive away from the cottage. The major supermarkets in the area offer home food delivery. The Co-Operative is just a couple of minute's drive away from the house. You can easily walk everywhere in St Ives to explore the town, enjoy local beaches, and take in the Cornish coastline. By car, you can explore St Michael's Mount, the Minack Theatre, Botallack mine, Zennor, Newlyn Art Gallery, Penzance, Gurnard's Head, Porthcurno beach, Sennen Cove and Lands End for some of the best experiences in Cornwall.
