Each studio comes with a cosy small double bed, a smart desk, and practical storage to keep everything organised—plus your own private kitchenette. Whether you’re here to study, work, explore, or simply relax, it’s the ideal mix of comfort and convenience. Budgens supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away, with bars, restaurants, and cafés right on your doorstep. Even Egham train station is only a 4-minute stroll! Other Things to Note: ✅ Please note that this is primarily a Student Accommodation but is used as short-stay accommodations for STUDENTS ONLY. All guests must be 18 years of age or older. ✅ Only one key will be provided for the duration of your stay. If the key is lost, it will be difficult to replace, and a replacement and call-out fee will apply. ✅ Safety and security are paramount, so after completing your booking, you'll need to submit your Student ID and fill in some basic information for vetting purposes on our guest portal after completing your booking. ✅ Please do look after our apartment as if it were your own. If additional cleaning is required after the check out, this may be chargeable. We may also charge you for any damage caused or for lost keys. ✅ We have a 24-hour concierge service to assist you with anything you need during your stay.
