The Garrison Farm with Hot Tub was built in 1719 and is set in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Free WiFi and free private parking is available. The property was featured on the TV documentary, Grand Tours Of Scotlands Lochs. The property offers 2 self contained studio apartments set within a converted barn. Both apartments have a private entrance to the courtyard. Features include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Both apartments feature a dining area and a seating area where you can relax. Both apartments include a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hairdryer. Breakfast is served to guests rooms. Built in 1719 The Garrison Of Inversnaid is just one of four built in Scotland at this time following the 1st Jacobite rebellion of 1715 and was built by the British Redcoats. Free Hot Tub use Pets welcome but must be kept on leads at all times Guests are offered by way of pre order 24hrs before arrival dinners slow cooker meal in room and breakfasts (served between 8am and 8:45am) We have just 2 large enuite rooms set within a recently renovated byre (barn) outwith our main farmhoouse given our guests freedom to come and go as they please. Each room has free wifi, flat screen tv with satellite channels, toiletries, towels & linen pre made up. Set in an elevated position over looking the 4 sisters of the Arrochar mountain range. Farm tours are available at 9am after breakfast to guests for a feed donation and they can meet the animals and see how their food is produced. Free WHW pickup but must be pre agreed at time of booking and based on host availability
Guests can enjoy a quiet relaxing environment. Self checkin 4pm and checkout 10am via keysafe Cold breakfasts provided in the tea room if pre ordered Guests can walk a trail that is located behind the farm and enjoy all the rescue animals at a safe distance
Inversnaid is a lovely small hamlet with only 10 permanent residents. The surrounding landscape is breath taking and there are plenty of walks straight from here at The Garrison perfect for winter hikers. Loch Lomond and Loch Katrine have boat tours and the Pier Cafe is great for a traditional Scottish breakfast and the Inversnaid bunkhouse has a great restaurant
