Gate Keepers Lodge is self-catering, To help our guests settle in when arriving, we have provided the following complimentary breakfast items for the initial part of your stay. -Complimentary Introductory breakfast pack, comprising of a small selection of cereals, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, jam, biscuits, and some croissants that you may bake in the oven. Other items we provide to make your initial arrival comfortable, (for longer stays you may need to top during your stay) -1 basket of wood for the Log burning stove, with some firelighters and matches to get you going. Additional nets of wood and firelighters available at the property at a small additional cost -Shower Gel, shampoo, toilet roll, washing up liquid, tea towel, cleaning spray.

Dyrham is an ancient Hamlet in a stunning peaceful rural location, but only 8 miles from the beautiful world heritage city of Bath and 12 miles from the Vibrant city of Bristol Gatekeepers Lodge was formally a Toll House and part of the adjacent Dyrham Estate, (now a National Trust attraction). With its drying room, bike storage, and outdoor muddy boot/dog wash, Gate Keepers Lodge is ideally set up for the Cotswold way (past the front door)- perfect for walkers, and on national cycle routes so also a great location for Cyclists. Dyrham Park is a few minutes walk up the old (closed to traffic) Toll road adjacent to the house, which is stunning, -deer walks, amazing gardens to explore, cafe and lovely gift shop. The property is close to the historic villages of Castle Combe (voted most beautiful village ever!), Badminton (where the famous Horse Trials are held), Tetbury, (a must for antiques shopping) The stunning Arboretum at Westonbirt, and the amenity rich Market town of Chipping Sodbury.
