The two bedroom cottage is one of the oldest buildings in Barmouth, dating from the 1840s. It appears to be two cottages knocked into one so the stairs are quite narrow and there are windows on only one side. There is no outside area but it opens on to an alleyway.

The cottage is right in the middle of town, next to a pub which can be noisy at times. It is within easy reach of shops, restaurants, cafes and 5 minute walk to the beach.
Parking is in the main car park on the promenade. Parking behind the RNLI station is the closest to the cottage.
