Chapel Place is nestled in the heart of Ermington just off the main square where the The Crooked Spire Inn is located. There is cosy living room with log burner and a modern kitchen. Through the stable door there is a communal path up to the cute garden with outdoor eating and relaxing area. On the first floor there is one large double bedroom and the main bathroom with separate Shower. Then up to the second floor there is the other double bedroom with ensuite shower. An exceptional location.
We are a family of 4. We used to live in London yonks ago but after 15 years of Devon life we are relaxed and laid back . We know all the interesting places to go, and stuff off the beaten track. We love food and eating out. Messing about in boats, and evening bbqs and sundowners on the beach . We live in another village 15 minutes away, but we are always happy to help with questions about the cottage or the location.
This village is the perfect location for summer beach trips everyday you could pick a new one ! Mothercombe (4 miles drive) has a fab beach cafe on the hill above the beach where you park, a perfect place for a early evening beer or cocktail. The Autumn and Winter gives you rugged beach and moor walks, followed by drinks in-front of the log burner and a walk to a choice of restaurants. We will leave plenty of info. on walks and beaches.
