The light, airy, spacious apartment is on the 2nd floor of a beautiful Victorian town house built in 1859, with far reaching sea views from both bedrooms. The brand new bathroom has a large shower enclosure, washbasin and toilet. The large living area has a fully equipped kithchen with a dining table to seat 4 people and 2 sofas. The mainline railway station of Warrior Square with connections to London is a 5 minute walk away. It is perfectly placed to enjoy the local bars, eateries, galleries and shops.

The beach is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and the town has a huge variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops all very close by. Hastings is a 20 minute walk along the promenade to the pier, the old historic area of the town and the fishermans quarter.
