Gormire Cottage is one of two luxury barn conversions, on the grounds of the owner's home, in Sutton-under-Whitestonecliffe near Thirsk. 1 x king-size and 1 x double. Both bedrooms have dedicated en-suite shower rooms for their sole use, which are accessible from the landings outside the bedrooms. The property also has a kitchen/diner with 2 x undercounter fridges with freezer section and a sitting room with woodburning stove and pool table. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars and a shared lawn and patio garden with furniture and bike storage. Gormire Cottage is a fantastic base for exploring the picturesque North Yorkshire countryside.

On the fringes of the North York Moors National Park to the east and Yorkshire Dales National Park to the west, the town of Thirsk is well-placed for discovering the magnificent Yorkshire countryside. Thirsk offers a market place, a Norman church and a good selection of pubs, shops and restaurants, as well as a cinema and a leisure centre. Visit the World of James Herriott Museum, dedicated to the life and works of the town’s own famous vet and author or explore the surrounding rolling countryside and Hambleton Hills, offering excellent walking opportunities.
