    The location is exceptional and near to all town facilities. The enclosed garden is perfect for dog owners. Kitchen is well kitted out including a Nespresso machine and pods. Very well cleaned. Bedrooms were lovely and comfortable.

We also have a shop front on South Street in St Andrews should you wish to pop in and chat. We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. If we can help with anything during your stay don’t hesitate to call us during office hours. Our office in St Andrews is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and we will be happy to help with any queries. If the emergency issues occur out of our normal working hours during your stay, you can call us and leave a message; or send us an email for our colleague on call to respond to.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the flat are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements. Pre-Arrival: When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure from 4pm. If early check in has been purchased check in will be from 3pm. Please note that access is not permitted to the property before this time, and we cannot store any luggage prior to check in. Check in is via a key box for which you will be provided the code prior to arrival. Other Things to Note: We have a number of optional extras available to enhance your stay: These can be purchased via a weblink and must be purchased at least 48 hours before reservation date. -Early Check In -Late Check out -Hypoallergenic bedding -Baby items -high chair, travel cot -Dog Charge - This must be added if bring your dog(s) BED CONFIGURATION The default bed configuration is 2 x super kings, but the options available are 1 x super king & 2 x singles or 4 x singles. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more. Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews.
