Guillemot, a second-floor apartment, consists of an open-plan living space with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, dining seating, and TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite and twin, both zip/links. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. You'll find a shop in 0.6 miles, pub in 0.7 miles, lake in 0.9 miles, and a river and canal in 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a designated off-road parking. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Guillemot offers a splendid retreat, whatever time of year. Note: On-site facilities include a leisure club, restaurant, gym, sauna, and swimming pool. Located in the south of Devon, Kingsteignton is a bustling town which lies at the head of the Teign Estuary. Once renowned to be the largest village in the whole of England, it now stands as a highly populated town council with a strong sense of community amongst the locals.
