The property is just minutes by foot away from the Army training centre, as well as both Vimmy and Helles barracks.

The beautiful market town of Richmond is just a 5 minute drive away.
Scotch Corner is also very close, just a 10 minute drive will get you straight there, where there are plans for a brand new development for one of the biggest designer outlet parks in the country.
