Harbour View, is a 3 bedroom house, just a few minutes walk to the high street, allocated parking space and courtyard garden.Located in the heart of Cowes, the house is positioned a few steps up from the pavement, with a useful porch to store coats and shoes. The bright lounge with TV and seating leads through to the kitchen and dining area (to seat 4). Sliding doors lead out to the terraced back garden. The first floor has 3 comfortable bedrooms, with a double, twin and a single and a family bathroom. The house has been freshly painted throughout and the additional of new carpets upstairs. Master bedroom with double bed, second room with twin beds and a single bedroom. Family bathroom with shower over the bath. The 2 bedrooms can be converted to either doubles or twins on request. The house is located a few moment’s walk from the High Street, Cowes Yacht Haven or stroll along to the Parade and Esplanade for wonderful views of the bustling harbour and across The Solent. See the prestigious yacht clubs and, if you are lucky, hear the small cannon at the Royal Yacht Squadron fire to start or finish a yacht race.
