Adliv Host was established in 2020 after successfully managing our holiday let properties for a few years. We currently manage a large number of properties, all of which are located in the Thanet area. We are now looking to not only grow our own portfolio but manage other holiday lets in the local area. Adliv Host is run by a Husband and Wife Team who both live in the local area. They handle all guest communication personally to ensure the best service is delivered at all times. What to expect when you book with us Upon booking, you will receive an email with the steps that you need to complete to confirm the booking. We do require all stays to pre-authorise a payment method for a refundable damage deposit of four hundred pounds. Assuming no damage has been caused to the property during your stay, this deposit is fully refundable and will arrive back in your bank 5-10 working days after check out (depending on the bank.) We also require the lead guest to sign and agree to our T&Cs and upload a copy of either their driving licence or passport for verification via Signable.

Harbourside offers the perfect stay for anyone looking for a seaside break whether it be with family, friends or someone to stay whilst working in the local area. If you want to see some of the best views in Ramsgate, you can relax on the beautiful roof top terrace which overlooks Ramsgate’s Royal Harbour. It’s also perfectly located if you want to visit any of Ramsgate’s many amazing bars and harbour side restaurants. Harbourside offers our guests a luxurious, modern and comfortable stay in one of the most stunning locations in the area. The house is a townhouse with a twist-the kitchen/dining/living area is located on the top floor so that it is nearer to the beautiful roof terrace. The house does have a substantial amount of stairs.
