- Check-out is by 10:30hrs.

- Keys must be returned to the lockbox upon departure.

3. **Reception and Emergency Assistance:**

- Our reception is not available 24/7.

- An emergency out-of-office number is provided for assistance.

4. **Accessibility and Stairs:**

- Our property has stairs leading to the entrance.

- While a lift is available, not all apartments are accessible via the lift, and some have internal stairs.

5. **Parking Options:**

- Pay and display parking is available on Cheltenham Road (within 20 meters).

- Public multi-story Jubilee Car Park is nearby (within 100 meters) with charges.

- Free on-street parking is available approximately 8 minutes walk away on Duchy Road.

6. **House Rules:**

- Strict no-party policy.

- No stag, hen, or similar parties.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building and apartments.

- Pets, including service animals, cannot be accommodated.

7. **Minimum Stay and Booking Terms:**

- Usually, a minimum 2-night stay is required.

- One-night stays may be considered mid-week for business guests.

- Bookings for same-day arrivals can be accepted until 16:00, subject to availability.

8. **Special Requests:**

- Use the Special Requests box during booking or contact us directly with provided contact details for any inquiries or special requests.

9. **Cancellation Policy:**

- Cancellation terms agreed upon at the time of booking apply, even in cases of injury, illness, quarantine, self-isolation, or test result delays specific to your group.
