The first floor is solely for guests use and comprises of: Two double rooms plus one twin bedded room (with outer door giving guests their own private entrance) . Every room is En-suite.
Each room is decorated in its own individual cottage style & includes: LCD flatsreen TV, luggage stand, full length mirror, comfortable bed(s), tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer plus many little extra personal touches.
Our prices are fully inclusive of breakfast. We also provide Free WiFi internet access for guest use and Free onsite parking.

Hazels Roost is located in the quiet part of Bainbridge, 100 yards away from river Bain (shortest river in England), 200 yards away from unexcavated Roman fort. Footpath to Semerwater (largest natural lake in Yorkshire) and Roman road is on the doorstep.
Bainbridge is a beautiful peaceful village with large green and kids playground.
