Heddfan is freshly renovated and sleeps 6 guests (4 adults + 2 children/smaller adults). On entering you are welcomed with a large open plan lounge, dining/kitchen area tastefully furnished to make your stay an enjoyable one. The lounge has 2 sofas, contemporary furniture, 55inch HDTV with Freesat, DVD player with vast selection of DVD discs and also a selection of childrens and adults box games for your use. There is electric panel heating throughout the lodge to ensure a cosy stay. The patio doors open on to a large decking where you can sit on the rattan furniture for some guaranteed relaxation, there is also a gas BBQ. The kitchen/dining area is a real home from home with everything needed including: full size gas oven & hob; microwave; under counter fridge & freezer; kettle; toaster; coffee maker; iron & loads of utencils and a modern dining table & chairs. The lodge has 2 double bedrooms & also a bunk room with 2 singles (for children/small adults). Bathroom with WC & shower. IMPORTANT:*THE PARK DOES NOT ALLOW ANY WORK RELATED BOOKINGS - PARKING OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES, HORSE BOXES OR TRAILERS ON THE PARK IS PROHIBITED *THERE IS A STRICT 5MPH SPEED LIMIT THROUGHOUT THE PARK*

Heddfan, which translates from Welsh as “Peaceful Place” is situated within 34 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds of the Caer Beris Luxury Holiday Park. The lodge is a 15 minute walk or couple minutes by car from the bustling market town of Builth Wells where you will find a fantastic selection of shops, pubs, cafes, arts centre & cinema, sports hall, swimming pool and 18 hole golf course and is also home to The Royal Welsh Showground with all the events that has to offer throughout the year. The lodge is ideally located as a base to explore this stunning part of Mid Wales whether you’re driving, walking, hiking or cycling you’ll have the Elan Valley, Brecon Beacons (Pen Y Fan) and Hay On Wye etc. on your doorstep with lots of attractions in between. On days when you just want to chill then simply take in the scenery and nature of Caer Beris Luxury Holiday Park with the River Irfon running by and for any anglers being a guest at Heddfan allows a stretch of free river fishing, there is also a fishing lake adjoining the park (permit required).
