The property as been recently refurbished and has generous outdoor space including a patio area and lawn area.
The host has interest in local community development, environmental conservation the GAA and he reinstatement of the Irish Language in the local area
The house is located within the Slaughtneil/ Carntogher area and is within walking distance of a local community-owned nature reserve (Drumnaph) and easy driving distance of other walking and cycling opportunities. The area is an centrally located between Belfast and Derry and 30 minutes from the Causeway Coast.
