The property is located in the flexbury area of Bude, a short walk to the beaches and town centre. There are two main beaches in Bude - Summerleaze Beach which has a large sandy bay and home to the Bude Sea Pool and Crooklets Beach which has a couple of beach cafes and usually has live music at the weekends. The town centre has a number of independent shops, takeaways, restaurants and supermarkets. The South West Coast path is easily accessible and around five minutes walk away, the Tamara Way is a short drive away or the tow and cycle path just a fifteen minute walk away.
