Property information

High Tide is a detached lodge near the village of Roc and just seven miles from Wadebridge. The lodge sleeps four people and has one double bedroom with en-suite shower and one twin together with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting areas with electric fire and utility room. Outside is off road parking for one car and a decked area with furniture. Situated near the South West Coast Path, High Tide is a lovely cottage to use as a base to explore this lovely part of the country. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome. Please note: The indoor heated swimming pool and sauna are open from 1st April to 1st November. Neighbourhood information

The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach, which is bordered by rock pools and is acclaimed to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Polzeath itself has a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants, and the South West Coast Path, a 630 mile route runs through the village.
