The property Located in a residential part of town with lovely hillside views across the town, this house is perfect as a comfortable, well-appointed base for discovering all that North Devon has to offer. Barnstaple is the regional capital where you can have a taste of North Devon life by wandering the streets and river front or enjoying the weekly pannier market and many cafés and restaurants. Why not take in a show at the Queens Theatre or enjoy a movie at the multi-screen cinema? The town also offers a leisure centre with swimming pool, a purpose-built tennis centre with indoor and outdoor courts, an indoor trampoline centre and Rock Park which is popular with locals as well as visitors alike and where the local weekly junior and 5km park runs are held. The town centre is just over a mile away and the location is perfect for exploring North Devon and all its attractions such as Exmoor National Park with its magical night skies in Europe’s first ’Dark Sky Reserve’. If stunning beaches are your thing, then North Devon will leave you spoilt for choice with Saunton, Woolacombe, Croyde and Westward Ho! Beaches - all within easy reach by car.
