The garden below the balcony provides plenty of space for children and dogs to play, and the property welcomes pets. The house is on the outskirts of Haslemere, close to Weyhill and Fernhurst, with Midhurst and the Cowdray Park Polo Club only a 15-minute drive away. Despite its peaceful, elevated setting, Kilnhanger is well connected for exploring nearby market towns, historic estates, and country pubs. As the property sits at the top of a hill, a car is recommended unless you’re happy to use taxis, delivery services, or enjoy a good walk. There is ample parking at the property (please note the driveway is on a slope). Remote enough to feel private, yet just a short drive to shops, cafés, and local amenities.
