Our three-bedroom apartment sleeps up to six guests and is perfectly located for easy access to Leeds city center, local attractions, and major transport links. Our property is conveniently located just 2.0 miles from Leeds central bus station and 3.7 miles from Leeds train station via the A64, making it easy to explore the city and beyond. If you're driving, Temple Green park and ride is just 1.6 miles away and we're close to junction 45 of the M1, A64, M62, and A1, offering easy access to all directions. The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a spacious deck/patio area for enjoying the fresh air. Located in a quiet residential area, you can enjoy peace and tranquility while still being close to all the action.
Welcome to Holdsworth House hosted by Michelle & Phil, We love to welcome guests from around the world and pride ourselves on ensuring all our guests have a fabulous stay in the wonderful and exciting city of Leeds. Our hobbies include spending time on canal boats, cycling and gardening.
The property is set in a quiet residential area which is a 10 minute drive to the hustle and bustle of Leeds. There's plenty to do nearby too, with St James's University Hospital just a mile away, the Royal Armouries and Victoria Quarter within 1.5 miles, and Leeds Kirkgate Market, Leeds Grand Theatre, and Briggate all just 1.6 miles away. We are close to all the major motorway links M1 M621 North and south
