    Really great access (on foot) to Aviemore and all the great shops/eateries on offer. Surrounded by stunning scenery accessed by some of the best cycling trails I've used. Very helpful and friendly communication with owner.

The house is easily reached from the A9 motorway. It is surrounded in hills and countryside all around. Aviemore is a Ski resort and the town centre can be reached by foot or car. The house is family friendly with an enclosed back garden. There are many play parks nearby, the closest is five minutes walk. The main bedroom has a Super King size bed and its own shower-room en-suite. The second double bed room can be arranged with two single beds or a King on request, and the third smaller room has a standard double bed. There are three toilets. There is free parking in a private driveway. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, and is modern.
I love being outside. Walking, Cycling, Skiing and many hours in parks with my small children. I strive to make Holiday House Kinveachy as perfect as possible, offering a comfortable stay for visitors. I care about our natural environment, so I have installed zero emission heating/hot water system. All linen is line dried. I supply and use some products that are less harmful to the environment.
Aviemore is situated in the Central Highlands. It is an area of beauty and recreation. It is ideal for Families. You can have a restful stay or a very active one. Nearby every kind of activity is catered for; watersports, quad bikes, zip lines, shooting, cycling, skiing, hill walking, horse riding and golf.
