Holmlea is a traditional stone built Dales cottage dating back to the early 1800's situated in the village of Mickleton. Perfect for a couple, the accommodation consists of one bedroom , cosy sitting room , a well equipped kitchen and modern shower room .
There is a pretty garden with a bbq area and also a storage shed suitable for storing bicycles.
Mickleton is a small village close to both Barnard Castle and Middleton - in - Teesdale .There are good country pubs close by and scenic walks .
I live in the village and can be available should any problems arise, but I usually leave a key in a safe place for check-in .
Mickleton is close to the Pennine Way, High Force, Low Force and is a perfect stop-over for taking a break en route to Scotland
There is easy access to Teesdale via the M6 , A1 and A66
