The property is located on the basement floor and we operate as a private host, just like the host you find on the Air B&B site. We are not a hotel but we offer a very comfortable space that will be your own private and safe space. In the summer the room is very cool and very warm in the winter so you can be assured you won't be freezing. To enable you have a comfortable time please read the information below regarding the facilities available at our property: 1. The room is WINDOWLESS but very spacious, to prevent it from being stuffy we have a top grade quiet air purifier and a dehumidifier in the bathroom and corridor that is kept on at all times. 2. There is a wooden foldable reading desk and padded metal chair by the side of the wardrobe for your use if you have any work related activities to do. 3. There is ironing facilities, spare pillows and blanket, hair dryer and a bedside lamp in the wardrobe for your use. 4. Under the microwave stand there is a small drawer containing cutlery and plates for your use. 5. There is cold water in the fridge and a tea and coffee making facilities for your use. 6. We have cakes, croissant and biscuits available for your enjoyment during your stay. 7. If you have an emergency need for a washing machine and drying facilities, we are able to help with that, just send us a message and let us know. Please do reach out to us if you have any questions. If you drive please note you will have to check on the Birmingham City website if your car is excluded from the clean Air Zone charge. We are one mile away from the City Centre and All its attractions including the Mail Box and Sea Life center. We are a 7 minutes walk away from the Jewelry quarter tram stop and train station. 20 minutes walk from the Utilita Arena. The tram goes directly from jewellery quarter into the city centre, Birmingham library, Edgbaston. It also goes to West Bromwich and Wolverhampton.
