Sleeping up to four guests, this cosy second floor apartment has large and airy rooms throughout including a living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Located in the heart of Berwick-upon-Tweed, yet with a very peaceful atmosphere, Scotsgate House is a fantastic choice for self-catering staycations in Northumberland and the Borders. The twin beds in bedroom 2 can be merged into a super-king upon request.

Scotsgate House is located in the coastal town of Berwick-upon-Tweed at the most northerly tip of Northumberland. Just three miles from the Scottish Border, it boasts long stretching sandy shores and a stunning riverside. Take the time to unwind with a day at the beach or enjoy a walk by the river. Berwick-upon-Tweed has lots of events and festivities on offer too. There are annual festivals for film, music, food and drinks as well as entertainment throughout the year at the theatre and cinema. You’ll have your pick of restaurants, cafes and pubs as the town has an array of great places to choose from. There will be plenty of history for you to uncover as you can visit Berwick Barracks, The Main Guard and the town’s old courtroom. The town also has a number of inspiring art galleries on offer including The Granary Gallery, Berwick Museum and Art Gallery and Dockside Gallery.
