The boats are unfortunately unsuitable for disabled guests who are either wheelchair users or have mobility problems.

Please note that free parking is available directly in front of the boats. A parking permit is provided (one per boat) and be found on board the boat upon arrival. A charge of GBP 50.00 will be taken if the permit is not returned after check out. Failure to display whilst at the boats may result in a parking fine. Additional parking is available in the adjacent North Quay car park.

Please note that the total price of the reservation is taken on the day the reservation is made.
