Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to the entire house designed to allow you to live as a local. - Easy access to the HMNB Devonport dockyard, Torpoint ferry for HMS Raleigh for passing out parades, 10 min drive into town centre, ready access to A38, Lidl and Co-op supermarket 3 mins drive away, Tamar Bridge a 2 mins drive away, Derriford hospital a 10 mins drive, Dartmoor National Park 15 mins drive away. - Relocation property for insurance companies or during refurbishment works. - Access to the private garden. - A self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle and a microwave. - The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a TV, internet access and a music player. - There is 3 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 6. The first bedroom there is a king bed and the second bedroom contains a key bed and third bedroom a adult bunk bed. - Side gate entry for visitors. - Decked garden for hosting BBQs - One bathroom that has a toilet, sink and bath. -Dual towel rail for best use at winter/summer season. - Downstairs toilet for use. - Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
