The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, slow-cooker, washing machine and a Nespresso machine, a dining area with seating for two guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. There is one double bedroom, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue and outdoor hot and cold taps, as well as off-road parking for one car and an additional two spaces for visitors. Within 2.3 miles you will find a shop and within 2.2 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome at an additional charge. No smoking.
