We strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We both live locally and are always happy to recommend things to do or places to go. Ideally situated for access to Warwick house wedding venue, just 10 minutes walk. Also Perfectly placed for contractors working on the HS2 project. Alison and Gemma run a number of holiday cottages and rental properties in the area and are delighted to welcome you to Joe's Cottage .

Property information

A lovely Victorian terraced cottage in central Southam with 2 double bedrooms, sleeping 4. Ideally situated for access to Warwick house wedding venue, 10 minutes' walk. Also perfectly placed for contractors working on the HS2 projects. The kitchen is fully equipped for your home away from home, with fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a wide screen TV with Netflix and Amazon prime included and high speed broadband. Outside is a small lawn and decking area, perfect for BBQs or catching some late evening sun. Children's facilities available on request. Ample on road parking outside the property with, no restrictions (but please do check before parking).
