Ideally situated for access to Warwick house wedding venue, just 10 minutes walk. Also Perfectly placed for contractors working on the HS2 project.

A lovely Victorian terraced cottage in central Southam with 2 double bedrooms, sleeping 4.
Ideally situated for access to Warwick house wedding venue, 10 minutes' walk. Also perfectly placed for contractors working on the HS2 projects.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your home away from home, with fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave and the bathroom has a walk-in shower.
There is a wide screen TV with Netflix and Amazon prime included and high speed broadband.
Outside is a small lawn and decking area, perfect for BBQs or catching some late evening sun.
Children's facilities available on request.
Ample on road parking outside the property with, no restrictions (but please do check before parking).
