Isfryn is a stylish and beautifully furnished terraced property nestled in the quaint hillside village of Penrhynside, situated on the outskirts of the Queen of Welsh resorts, Llandudno and within easy reach to the historic town of Conwy and Snowdonia. This boutique style property is located on a quiet cul de sac and benefits from panoramic views of the sweeping North Wales coast, as well as private parking for 2 cars. There are two good pubs within close walking distance (one serving traditional pub food and wood fired pizzas). Footpaths on the doorstep lead to the beautiful surrounding hills and woodland. Facilities include, large flat screen TV with Netflix, WiFi, eco dot stereo, washer/dryer, dishwasher and range cooker, microwave, fitted refrigerator and freezer. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate also available. Good sized Italian inspired terraced garden with decked seating area, with table and recliner chairs included to soak up the stunning coastal views. From the parking area, there are 14 steps (handrails included) down to the entrance door, so we consider this property is NOT suitable for guests with limited mobility.

We live just a couple of minutes from the cottage and are on hand for advice and to attend to any issues that may arise. We live just a couple of minutes from Isfryn and are always available for advice or information should our guests require it.

Penrhynside is perfectly located for easy access to all that North Wales has to offer. The Queen of Welsh Resorts, Llandudno, is only a mile away and the ancient castle town of Conwy 4 miles. Anglesey and Snowdonia can be reached in 30 minutes by car. The A55 expressway is just 5 mins away and leads to the medieval City of Chester in 45 minutes or Holyhead in the other direction also 45 mins.
