Lovely one bedroom flat within 2 minutes walk from Burntisland links and beautiful beach, play park and Sands Hotel for beer garden and nice food.
Comfortable newly modernised flat with private rear garden and off-street parking within walking distance of all local amenities including main eastcoast trainline for easy transfers to Edinburgh, Dundee and beyond.
Any issues with property then I am only a phone call away where I would do my best to assist whether its for advise or recommendations to make your stay the best it can be.
Location is key with this property as its on Route 76 national cycle route along with easy access to other walking & cycling routes, not to forget the proximity to the beautiful Burntisland links and beach. Also within 5 minutes walk to the Beacon centre for swimming and leisure facilities including a modern gym and sauna.
Public transport is very good with the no 7 bus running in both directions roughly every 30 mins between Dunfermline and Leven.
