Welcome to Kelvin House. This Victorian townhouse overlooks the sea on Fleetwood's famous Esplanade and comprises five luxurious self-contained apartments. All of the apartments are refurbished to a high standard and each has its own bedroom, living area, en-suite bathroom and fully fitted kitchen. Some apartments have sea views (The Bay and The Dunes).

Kelvin House overlooks the sea on the esplanade in Fleetwood. We are a two minute walk from Marine Hall, Fleetwood Splash Pad, the amusements and many beachfront cafes. The Mount pub and the North Euston hotel (which has a great restaurant) are very close by. Fleetwood high street is just around the corner, where guests will find restaurants, shops and local pubs. We’re near the tramline. Affinity shopping centre is less than a five minute drive away, as is Asda for all shopping needs. Cleveleys, with its beautifully updated beachfront is a 10-minute drive away, and you can reach the bright lights of Blackpool in 20 minutes with good traffic.
