The living area has a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, in addition to a family bathroom with a bath and complimentary welcome pack toiletries, this truly is a fantastic space. Free WiFi, all linen and towels provided. Always important to mention there is free parking. Other details to note: Your leisure time is our priority, and we strive to provide you with a delightful experience during your stay. Log in to your personal Netflix account on our thoughtfully designed Smart TV. As you bid farewell to your delightful stay, ensure a stress-free departure by signing out. Please note that there is no aerial service available. To enhance our guests' stay, we provide toiletries and other amenities upon their arrival, ensuring a great start to their experience. In the event that these items are consumed before their departure, we kindly request them to purchase replacements from nearby shops, as we do not offer replenishment services.

Whether you are staying in the city centre or one of the residential areas, you’ll have easy access to the city’s fantastic range of shops, bars and restaurants, which includes a vibrant independent scene. Or why not go to the cinema, try your hand at an escape room, play crazy golf or visit one of the county’s many amazing museums and visitor attractions? If you’re here to watch sport, then the world-famous Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, the Nottingham Forest and Notts County football grounds, The Nottingham Tennis Centre and Nottingham Racecourse are all easy to access by public transport. -Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old.

-Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee

-No stag or hen parties allowed.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs.

-A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged

-Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs.

-If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee.
