Kingbarth is a wonderfully private, detached cottage over two levels, in an area of great beauty just a ten minute walk from Lerryn. Sleeping six in three bedrooms - two kingsize and a twin with a shower-room and a bathroom. Spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and door to the garden, children’s snug, large kitchen and a dining room. A big enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Nearby Lostwithiel has shops, pub, restaurants and Restormel castle. Or there is a ferry to the picturesque fishing village of Fowey. Note: EV charging point available at the property, own charging cable required. Payment for charging an electric vehicle is via an App. Note: Induction hob.
