Beautiful Bedrooms & Suites Each room has been designed to offer space, comfort, and a touch of indulgence: Bedroom 1 – A comfortable dual-aspect bedroom with sitting area and en-suite shower room. Suite 3 – A large bedroom suite with its own sitting area, dressing room, and generous en-suite shower room. Suite 5 – A spacious bedroom with separate lounge area and en-suite shower room with a large private terrace overlooking the south-facing gardens. All bedrooms include access to the communal cinema lounge, outdoor spaces, and gardens. A guest cloakroom is also available on the ground floor. More recently and often with our gentle Great Dane, Hudson, in tow we've been exploring the best the UK has to offer. We’ve poured everything we’ve learned about great hospitality into creating Kingsley House. For us, the joy of hosting is about seeing guests instantly relax—whether that’s with a glass of wine on the terrace, a cosy evening by the fire, or a day out exploring the South Downs. Our favourite part is helping each stay feel effortless: arranging a dinner reservation, pointing you towards a vineyard or country walk, or simply giving you the space to switch off. Nothing is too much trouble, and we love knowing our home adapts to whatever pace you choose.
