I lived in the flat for over five years so it has a few personal touches. The bed and sofa are super comfortable and the flat has everything you need to make yourself at home. I found living there really secure and convenient being very close the centre of town, supermarket, river parks, and the station (half an hour into London). Please bear in mind that Kingston is in the Utra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ). If you have an older car you should check to see if you must pay to enter the ULEZ. Parking is available for free but you will need a garage door opener and parking permit which I will provide.
I live nearby and take care of the flat myself. I do all of the cleaning and will often meet you to check in/out. I work at home so I'm available if anything goes wrong.
I like being near the river and Richmond park. The walk up to Hampton Court is really lovely. Kingston has everything - good restaurants and shopping all with great shops.
