For the safety of everyone, we would request our guests to show proof of identification on arrival. Failing to do so we will NOT host the guests at our accommodation. We expect very quite in our bedrooms after 21:00. Last check in time is 22:00. (10.00pm). However if you check-in before 9:00pm (21:00), you could still go out and come late night and will arrange access to the house.. Check-out time is 10:00am from the bedroom. Once you check-out from the room, you could keep your baggage in a room downstairs for you to pick it up until 19:00 on the day you check-out Available one super luxury en suite (attached toilet) double room with king size bed. Also available one single room with 140cm double bed with toilet front of the room. Both toilets are fully refurbished with Morden fittings with wet walls Guests could bring their own wine etc. The guests could use the dinning table and cutlery and plates which is provided without any additional charge .There are many takeaways within few minutes walk. Free tea coffee juice during check-in and check-out times. Guests could also make their own tea coffee any time of the day without any additional charge. WIFI available. If the guests taking public transport to our accommodation, please let us know so that we could send you details of public transport to our accommodation . We could pick any guest coming to Yoker train station during week days only. From local bus stop to our accommodation is four minutes walk. 24 hours laundry service available one mile aways from the accommodation. Smoking prohibited inside the premises. I makes very exclusive greeting cards and do catering for takeaway and weddings through our other business which is known as Chef of Ceylon. I also got the contract to cater for the Sri Lankan President delegation at the COP26 conference in 2021. Very friendly and quiet neighbourhood. Linnet place has only 11 house with Cul-de-sac and we are at the end of it. Less than five minutes to supermarkets such as Tesco, Sainsbury, Lidl, Aldi, Iceland and Farmfoods. There are many Indian and Chines takeaways within walking distance. If you need any requirements and needs, please let us know. As there is a new bridge opening in Autumn 2024 over the Clyde river, It will be less than ten minutes to Glasgow Airport from our accommodation
