Laburnum By the Sea has been designed to be your modern home away from home. If you are looking for a peaceful stay by the Coast you've found your place. The apartment is located just 5 minute stroll from the Beach and 5 minute drive from the South Downs in a small, quiet close with plenty of parking. The apartment boasts plenty of storage for a longer stay but is also great for a for a little weekend away. You only need chuck your clothes and toothbrush in a bag as everything else is catered for. The Bedroom contains a full size orthopaedic Double bed for your maximum comfort (a travel cot can be requested for any tiny visitors.) You can also relax in the lovingly created lounge/dining area with a luxurious throw and Netflix on the Smart TV. The apartment even provides a full dining area where up to 4 people can enjoy the dinner you've prepared in our fully equipped kitchen. Or maybe you order in from many of the great take away restaurants that Lancing has to offer ;-) Between the lounge and dining area you can find a futon sofa which can be prepared into an extra small double bed for additional visitors. Please be aware this is only a futon bed and not a normal bed meant for long term stays. You have full access to High Speed unlimited internet and a Smart TV fully loaded with Netflix and Amazon Prime so Chilling out after a downs walk will be easy. The bathroom and Kitchen are fully equipped so don't worry about carting around your kitchen sink on this trip ;-) Don't even worry about a towel!! We have you covered :-) Laburnum By The Sea is located a very short distance from Lancing Beach Green and has its very own private garden so you can relax in the little sun trap after a long drive South. Don't fancy cooking your own dinner? We have you covered! You will find several great restaurants or take aways within 5 minutes walk.
The location of the apartment is perfect to Visit bustling Brighton or Sunny Worthing, Lancing also has many things to offer in itself. Just a short walk down to the Beach and you find 'The Perch' a gorgeous Cafe/Restaurant which serves up some of the most delightful breakfasts, lunches and dinners while you admire the sea lapping at the beach. There are also many types of cuisine within walking distance from the apartment.
