Lady Hill is a 3 storey red brick house, 3 minutes walk from the village of Royal Hillsborough. On the ground floor we have a large kitchen and dining area with sofa and TV. Patio doors lead outside to seating area with stove and garden, overlooking green fields. The hall leads to another living room with wood burning stove and Tv. There is a separate WC on the ground floor. On the first floor we have two Super-king bedrooms with en-suite showers. On the third floor there are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath. There is a third living room with TV and small study.
