The studio is a modern large Loft Apartment on the first floor of my home with it own separate entrance.
It includes a King Size double bed,Large seating area,Dining area and a kitchen
The property is situated on a large private Lakeside Site with its own access to Lough Erne.
It is a very quiet residential area.
We are only 10 mins walk from the town centre and 5 mins walk from Asda/ Tesco/ Shopping centre.
We are only a short distance from the local attractions like Stairway To Heaven ,Marblearche Caves and the beautiful beaches in Donegal
