The fully self contained apartment is situated on the ground floor in a traditional victorian building sitting directly opposite a large sea water lake in Southport. The property has just undergone a complete refurbishment to a high standard.

The apartment is in a wonderful location looking directly over Southports marine lake at the northern end of the lake. It is in a quite location affording magnificent views of the lake with sailing yachts, paddle boarding and various water sports available. The apartment is a mere 10 minute walk to Southports busling world famous Lord Street which hosts a multitude of things to do both of a day and night. There is an extensive choice of bars and restaurants to choose from, along with local parks, the nearby golf links which is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The local train staon is in the town center with direct links to Liverpool, Chester and Manchester. All the roads are nice nd flat so walking about is easy.
