This contemporary first-floor 3-bed apartment, within the Leda Apartments, benefits from a balcony with a table and chairs, enjoying a westerly facing aspect. Wigeon has two double bedrooms one of which is ensuite and the third bedroom has a bunk bed that is perfect for children. The living/dining area and kitchen are comfortable and modern and fully stocked with cutlery and crockery for six people. A spacious balcony decking looks out over Swillbrook Lake where you can watch the sun setting while enjoying your meals. Wigeon is dog-friendly so bring your furry friend along with you. Please note that only one small and well-behaved dog is allowed. Please refrain from leaving your dog unattended in the apartment and dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms.
